Launched on 9 September 2024, the BELLES began as a fun and creative idea for four ladies living with disability to share supports. It quickly turned into a festive powerhouse. Forming their own kind of micro-enterprise, their workspace became a whirlwind of tinsel, creativity, and teamwork—especially during the Christmas card rush!
Each member found their role:
- Nicky stamped nearly 200 envelopes in a day—our stamping superstar.
- Jane kept a close eye on the budget (and sticker costs!).
- Janet made sure coffee breaks didn’t get out of hand.
- Di took charge of tools and supplies with clipboard in hand.
