It is okay to make a complaint if you are not happy about something.

A complaint is when you let us know that something is not right.

We will try and fix the problem as fast as we can.

You can talk to your:

  • Senior Coordinator

  • Senior support worker.

You can ask for help to make a complaint.

You might ask a family member or your support worker.
